1 oz. espresso 1 oz. Vodka 1 oz. coffee liqueur (i.e. Kalhua) Cherry spear A nice coffee to pick you up. No, a smooth drink to put you at ease. Whatever you expect, expect the Scorpion to undercut it. Add ice to a rocks glass and pour in the espresso, vodka, and coffee liqueur. Garnish with spear of three cherries (we used Bada Bing dark cherries but you may prefer traditional maraschino cherries for color). |

2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz Cream
1 dash Orange Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled and sugar-frosted cocktail glass.
